Artscape Hundidero will be a route of public Site-Specific sculptures in and around the White Villages of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, the first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in Spain. The residency offers one Spanish artist three months to develop and produce the first work on the route in response to the recently completed Ecological Restoration Project of the Montejaque Reservoir “Mejor Ambiental y Uso Público de la Cueva de Hundidero y la Presa de Los Caballeros"; the breath-taking natural karst system of the Hundidero Cave and the engineered monument of the Dam of Los Caballeros, in the location of the White Village of Montejaque, Andalucia, Spain.
